  • 1. Complete the inquiry form or give us a call at 432-557-6900.

    2. Once you submit your inquiry, our design team will reach out via email or call within 1-2 business days to go over your design & install details. Make sure to check your spam box as well.

    3. A final breakdown of your quote, contract agreement, & deposit invoice will be sent. Once accepted, signed, & deposit submitted, your install will be confirmed on our schedule!

    4. We will reach out the week of your event to confirm any last minute changes & request your remaining balance.

  • The day of your install, we arrive at the time discussed when your order was placed. Typically installations take from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the size of your order!

  • Once the event has ended, the taking down of balloons is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons and command hooks, this can be provided at an additional charge. Please mention this when you inquire.

  • We deliver mainly to Odessa & Midland, but also travel to surrounding areas with an added travel fee of $2 per mile from our Downtown Odessa HQ.

  • Yes, pickup is available for helium balloons and to-go garlands from North Odessa. Here's what you need to know! When picking up, please keep in mind that your balloons cannot be picked up in a truck or car - it must be an empty SUV and all seats must be down.

  • For indoor installs we use wall friendly 3M command hooks. Here is an instructional video on how to remove them. For outdoor installs, we use a heavy duty wall mount which can be removed easily with scissors. We will show you how to remove when used.

  • Balloons don’t typically do well during the Texas heat so between the months of April - October, we strongly encourage indoor installations or to put them in a covered area out of direct sunlight. If a request is made for an installation outdoors that we feel might not sustain the heat, we are not able to return to fix any balloons that may have popped.

  • All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is canceled, a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future.
